We start every Redfern engagement on site. The conversation covers hoist condition, lift types in use, throughput and any specific issues the team has flagged, all of which shape the resulting service plan.

Redfern inspections are structured and thorough. Hydraulic pressure under load, cable wear, motor performance, safety lock function and structural condition are all tested and recorded for your workshop file.

Servicing on the Redfern lift includes the parts replacement, repair work and adjustments identified at the inspection stage. Calibration and an Australian-standards test finalise the visit.

We don't sign off a Redfern service until the lift has passed its load test, the compliance certificate is in your hand and your team understands how to operate the hoist correctly. Practical care tips are part of the handover.
