A St James consultation happens on the workshop floor. We see the hoists in use, hear how the team is working around them, and capture the issues already on the workshop's list before drafting a service plan.

St James inspections are structured: hydraulics first, then cables, motor, safety locks, frame. Each finding is recorded and discussed with the workshop lead before any servicing work begins.

The St James service covers the full mechanical pass: repair, replace, adjust, calibrate, test against Australian standards. Each step is documented and the lift is signed off only when it's back at spec.
